For more than 20 years, Chrissy has helped organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership, and improve business performance. Prior to founding Control Y, she served as Chief Customer Officer for a technology consulting firm, where she helped shape company strategy and led key functions including sales, client delivery, and operations.

During her tenure, Chrissy played a leadership role in scaling the business from $3 million to more than $20 million in revenue while growing the team from 15 to more than 100 employees. She has advised executives at organizations ranging from growth-stage businesses to Fortune 500 companies, helping leaders align strategy, people, and execution to achieve meaningful results.

In 2021, she founded Control Y to help founders, CEOs, and leadership teams create the conditions for sustainable growth through stronger leadership, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on the customer. Today, she serves as a fractional executive, executive coach, and strategic advisor to growth-stage companies across Richmond and beyond. Her approach combines the perspective of an experienced operator, the curiosity of a strategist, and the practical tools of a trained executive coach.

Chrissy is motivated by solving hard problems and doing hard things. She recently completed a 100K mountain biking race in the Shenandoah Mountains and can often be found riding the trails of the James River Park System with her family.
